Sales Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a product from New Forest Bell Tents, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which are non-negotiable.

Sales:

We reserve the right to reject any orders with insufficient payment including
fraudulent transactions or if we are currently out of stock of any particular goods.

Faulty/Damaged Goods:

If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery or not of
satisfactory quality, please contact New Forest Bell Tents within 48 hours of receipt of the
goods. We will, at our option, deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid.

Returns policy:

You may wish to cancel an order with us within the 14 day cooling off period. If this is the case, we will refund you in full once your order has been returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.

Please note we do not offer a free returns service, you are required to pay for any unwanted returns. Please contact us at sales@newforestbelltents.co.uk for a return address and returns form. We are unable to process any returns if this information is not included with the items being returned.

Before returning your purchase, please ensure the goods are in the same condition as they were originally sent in and in the original packaging. Unwanted products must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original and undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or assembled in any way. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. We strongly advise that goods are returned using a trackable service and that you retain your proof of postage so you are able to claim from your courier in the event of any loss or damage.

New Forest Bell Tents Ltd retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed to be in an unsaleable condition. If the items are not returned in resaleable condition we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount at our discretion if the product shows signs of use. Alternatively, the item will be returned back to you.

If the item has been returned in the condition it was sent out we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. This will exclude any shipping costs.

If the Item you are sending back is faulty, please email us and attach photos showing any potential fault. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve this.

If returns are sent back due to a manufacturing fault or defect and we have received the item, it will be fully inspected it and checked for the reported fault or defect.

Once fully inspected, providing that the product has not been damaged, we will then offer a replacement, repair or issue a full refund.

You will not be entitled to a refund if the items are accidentally damaged, misused, abused, amendments have been made, or it has been used in a manner for which it was not intended.

the parties. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it
is in writing and signed by the parties.

Any information you provide when placing an order is held in the strictest
confidence. When placing an order you are required to provide us with the
following information: name, billing address, delivery address, email address
for confirmation of the order and a telephone contact number. This
information is used for delivery, billing purposes and to fulfil your order. We
may supplement the information that you provide to us with information that
we receive from third parties.

Exclusions of Liability

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets,
loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity even
if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever
arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act
or default. We are not liable if we do not fulfil any obligations towards you at
all as a result of:

circumstances beyond our control such as (but not limited to):
Acts of god including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease,
fog, snow or frost; Force majeure including (but not limited to) war, accidents, acts of public
enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air, local disputes or civil
commotions; National or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and
mechanical problems to modes of transport or machinery;
latent defects or inherent vice in the contents of the shipment; criminal acts
of third parties such as theft and arson.
