Choose from our recommended campsites in the New Forest or feel free to choose your own preferred site (we can also recommend campsites in Dorset). We advise booking and paying for your pitch before booking your bell tent. We can help with which pitch size to book and the footprint area of our different tent sizes.
Firstly, check availability and costs with us. You'll need to complete our online booking form to place your booking. Once we have your booking details we'll send an invoice for your booking with 25% payable* to secure your date. The balance is payable one month before your arrival date along with the debit/credit card security deposit.
*Please note for larger events where the host has opted for their guests to book individually, we require full payment when booking.
All our bell tents have fully waterproof cotton canvas and either zipped-in or sewn-in groundsheets. We have 3 bell tent sizes available – 4m, 5m and extra large 7m bell tents which are ideal for groups or at events as a communal space. We have a choice of two bell tent hire options available – you can hire the bell tent only (blank canvas) or a furnished tent so you have less stuff to bring! You can also choose from our optional extras to add on bedding and other items.
Our prices include delivery within a 30 mile radius of Ringwood, subject to a minimum number of bell tents hired. We’re happy to travel further afield for an additional delivery charge, please contact us for a quote.
Our service includes delivery and collection from the campsite or venue of your choice. We aim to have tents set up by 1pm on day of arrival and tents need to be vacated by 11am on day of departure. We will erect and decorate your bell tent and dismantle it once you have checked-out.
With its famous free roaming ponies and abundance of wildlife, camping in the New Forest means you’re really in for a truly unique experience. Many of the campsites are located in the heart of the New Forest National Park, set amongst idyllic woodlands and open heath. We have several recommended campsites. These are sites we regularly work with that are familiar with our bell tents and happy for us to pitch them at their sites for your enjoyment and use.
